So, I've really hurt my harm and it's been messed up since December. Things are moving slow. Furthermore, I think I need to change jobs so this might not be my full-time gig much longer. I am a career artist but I'm not sure I can labor making gear right now, it hurts me lol. 

Y'all are AMAZING! I raised my prices on harnesses ~+60% this year and somehow the demand has not slowed. While I have found more stability as an artist, I'm still soo booked & busy. In order to keep the prices THE SAME as they are now, I have to extend the turnaround time. 

Harnesses will be produced in around 2 months.

Cuffs, collars, leashes, and belts are still 4-6 weeks!

If you order a combination, they will all ship together when they are all done. 

If you ordered an item, you WILL get it. However, during this uncertain time, GNAT reserves the right to extend the 2 Month custom production timeline with short notice. If this is a dealbreaker for you, DON'T ORDER. This is slow fashion⏳

Ready to ship orders and gift cards will be rapidly fulfilled, so if you NEED an exact timeline, this is the way to go.

GNAT Glitter Kink is fabricated by one person, Me, Gnat Madrid- with an admin assistant that works remote. Sometimes I have part-time help with production. Being such a small business during a durational pandemic means that production CAN BE PRECARIOUS. I have chronic illnesses that often prevent me from being a mega powerhouse of energy. While I LOVE to work hard and make the glitter gear, sometimes things just SUCK and I can't make it to the studio. 

Situations like covid infection, family illness & death, flare-ups in my own health, sprained and damaged muscles (from my work being surprisingly physical and repetitive), and environmental hazards that effect my breathing ALL cause delays here and there. I hate it! But... it is unsustainable for me to grind til I'm burnt out, and I need to modify my schedule here and there for the sake of my business. Thank you for understanding. 

If you don't NEED to cancel your order, please do not. At this time, "Custom" gear that has not been made/ shipped yet is returnable, but a 25% deposit is NOT refundable. This is due to pre-purchased materials. If you need to cancel an order, it will be refunded to you minus 25% of the total price, not including shipping. If you don't NEED to cancel your order, please do not. We are an extremely small business, and divesting money from us WILL hurt this business and its creator and Sole Proprietor.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. 

All sales on "Ready to Ship" Gear are final. If gear arrives defective, I will provide a return shipping label to you, repair the gear and send it back to you free of charge. 

Repairs can be made on all pieces up to 2 years from purchase date. 

Refits on harnesses can be made up to 2 months past purchase date. Local exceptions may apply. If you email me about it and then forget to ship it back to me for a while, that is fine! 

SHIPPING: Each order is shipped USPS Priority with a tracking number. If the tracking number confirms as "delivered", GNAT assumes no responsibility for theft from your stoop. It is the customers' responsibility to write in their own correct mailing address. It is the customers' responsibility to notify GNAT of any address changes. All packages are fully insured.

There are some instances where the USPS loses the package. If a package is still not confirmed delivered after a month, then GNAT will send you a duplicate order to replace the one that has been lost.

International Shipping: Once shipped, GNAT assumes no responsibility for global postal errors. 

Please note that VAT taxes and fees have gone up! If you avoid paying those fees, your package is usually sent back to me  if it is sent back to the USA, you’ll have to pay for shipping AGAIN to get it.

International Shipping: Most Buyers have to pay import fees and duty when buying from outside their country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These are not included in the shipping fees. I do not know how to pre-calculate these fees for you. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. If you avoid paying your duty fees, the package is sent BACK to the USA and then you have to pay GNAT to ship it to you AGAIN. Budget to pay your fees accordingly.

GNAT understands these terms may be difficult, but as a small business we cannot accommodate returns and chargebacks. Please don't treat small businesses like major corporations. We empathize with any issues you may have, and look forward to more flexible terms as we grow.
